Did You Know? The Kieldrecht Lock at the Port of Antwerp is the largest lock in the world. At 1,640 ft. in length and 223 ft. wide, the Kieldrecht Lock is 240 ft. longer and 43 ft. wider than the expanded Panama Canal locks. The Kieldrecht Lock was opened on June 10, 2016.
